Artist's Comments

This style of bracer comes with 3 sets of stakes - a "small", "medium" and "large" so as to allow minor adjustments for a snugger fit. This set is decorated with tigerseye and quartz gemstones and an I Ching coin dangly.

I'm not sure how it happened but both Draconis bracers came out kinda Mardi-Gras-ish in their colour schemes. The two are part of a mated set - the first one for my brother and the second for his wife.

good design;) I like the way it closes. It would probably work well in a smaller form for a pony-tail too

hmm.. there's a thought...
Love the coloration on these- and the closure as well- that's downright innovative, considering all I've ever seen are lace-up or buckle closures on bracers like these. Nice work!

Thanks! ^_^ Yeah, I really wanted to get away from the Big 3 (buckles, snaps, laces) while still allowing a quick, easy fit that doesn't cover up the tooling on short bracers. I'm fairly sure it's not an original innovation but I hadn't seen anyone use it before.
